PRODUCTS

All our products come from Vietnam. The coconut shells come from Ben Tre, an area in the south of Vietnam. This area is known for the high quality of its coconuts.

All our products are natural products and therefore cannot withstand temperature differences.

The products are therefore NOT suitable for the DISHWASHER, OVEN and MICROWAVE. Wash the products by hand to prevent tearing/cracking and do not let them soak in water for too long.

The products are ideal for cold and (lukewarm) warm dishes, but not suitable for hot, liquid dishes.

For example, if you serve soup in the coconut bowl or tea in the bamboo cups, the products may burst.

All products are natural products, but with the right care they can last a lifetime!

Our user tips can be found below:

- Wash the products by hand with warm, soapy waterΒ 
(NO DISHWASHER).

- Dry the products and store them at room temperature.
- Place the products NEVER in the FREEZER, OVEN of MAGNETRON. Natural products and heat/large temperature differences do not work well together. For this reason, do not serve soup in the bowls or tea/coffee in the bamboo cups.
- Never let the products soak for a long time! Wash and dry them after use.
- Take good care of the bowls and cutlery by occasionally lubricating them with coconut oil or linseed oil. This way they retain their beautiful color.

Yes, the products have been tested and approved as food safe. No chemicals are used in the production process.

The total burning time of the coconut candle is approximately 50 hours! Our candles are filled with the most environmentally friendly wax, namely coconut wax.

Coconut wax retains the scent much better than other types of wax and has a longer burning time. Don't forget to reuse the coconut shell as a planter after burning!

We love our products and are confident in the quality, but it may happen that you still want to return your order.

If this is the case, please send an email to support@namture.com within 14 days of receipt with the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Product
- Reason of return

As soon as we have received your email, we will send you a confirmation and the return address. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are for your own account. Check out our return page For more information.

Our boxes are also made of sustainable material and 100% recyclable. Reuse this if possible!

We have every confidence in the quality of our products, but if a product unexpectedly arrives broken: email us at support @namture.com, attach a photo of the damaged product and we will send you a new one free of charge as soon as possible!
