All our products come from Vietnam. The coconut shells come from Ben Tre, a region in southern Vietnam known for its high-quality coconuts.

All our products are natural and do not cope well with temperature changes.

They are therefore NOT suitable for the DISHWASHER, OVEN or MICROWAVE. Hand-wash them to prevent splitting or cracking and do not leave them soaking in water for long.

The products are ideal for cold and lukewarm food, but not for hot liquids.

Serving soup in a coconut bowl or tea in a bamboo cup, for example, may cause the product to crack.

All our products are natural, but with the right care they can last a lifetime!

Here are our tips for use:

- Hand-wash the products in warm, soapy water
(NO DISHWASHER).
- Dry them and store at room temperature.
- NEVER put them in the FREEZER, OVEN or MICROWAVE. Natural products do not cope well with heat or large temperature changes. For the same reason, do not serve soup in the bowls or tea or coffee in the bamboo cups.
- Never leave the products soaking for long! Wash and dry them after use.
- Occasionally apply coconut oil or linseed oil to the bowls and cutlery to help them retain their beautiful colour.

Yes, the products have been tested and approved as food-safe. No chemicals are used in production.

Our boxes are also made from sustainable materials and are 100% recyclable. Reuse them where possible!

We offer an additional 5-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects on our cutting boards and cutting board sets where this is stated, subject to normal use and proper care. Your statutory rights always remain unaffected. Any more extensive warranty promised on an earlier purchase remains valid for that purchase. We have complete confidence in the quality of our products, but if a product arrives damaged, email support@namture.com with a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible!
